- RQRachel QMay 1, 20261.0This restaurant refuses to address the issue of people sitting in the quick lane and ordering and sitting right there and backing up a line of people who were hoping to get through quickly and actually use the app like we’re supposed to, to order ahead of time. Why should the rest of us have to be affected? You were one of the restaurants I could eat at but I’m not going to eat at a place that is incapable of handling this. Someone can be out there taking orders in the longer line and watching the fast lane. Or just make them both drive through. If the company’s promise of a quick experience is actually untrue, and I can’t guarantee I can trust the time when I’ve used an option for that, I can’t go there. There were four or five cars behind me in this instance. I’m wondering how many of those people are not coming back either. I reached out to you for some assistance. I was disappointed by the lack of action. You offered no attempt at resolution. There are possibilities to fix this and you choose to hand me a “treat” like I am a kid. That is insulting. “Here have a cookie or a cone.” You eat it. That’s not what I asked for. I’m decades into adulthood.
