Good coffee and food but it’s a very dirty lobby. Not just normal dirty from a busy day. It was dusty and areas of the lobby looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time! Table legs were very dirty. Chair bases were even dusty (that doesn’t happen overnight). Sounds like they plan to fix this issue! Thanks for your quick response. I’ve been concerned that larger coffee shop chains are moving away from the in store experience. Hopefully corporate still wants to see the in store experiences of customers be positive and inviting spaces.
