  I've been coming here for at least 20 years. It's been a couple of years since I've been here and I will not be back. The place is really dirty. Food all over the floor behind the counter, dust trails hanging from the vents, eating area floor a mess, walls and windows dirty, and I watched a staff making bagles without any gloves. At some point the ordering procedure changed, you now go directly to the register. I went to the ensemble line and got a snarled at by the woman behind the counter to report to the correct line. They were not busy staff could have been cleaning but the other man behind the counter just stood there. The woman at the cashier was friendly. And the food was tasteless. Very sad to have seen this place get trashed. New management and staff are in order.

  I was just here and i am very disappointed there was 3 staff member in the kitchen just standing around. When i did finally get my bagel there was barely any sauce, a strip of bacon and my cheese was FULLY cold and not melted. Disappointing would be a understatement,the staff are slow moving and when they finally do decide to work they give you half ass bagels.

  You can never go wrong with a Bruegger's bagel. The staff did great for be short staffed.

  This location is one of the dirtiest restaurants I've seen. I didn't take pictures as to not be rude while waiting for my food. I do not want anything free - just for corporate or management to see this. Please clean your ceiling and equipment. Very likely to get people sick. Manager was very friendly.

  I have been coming to this location for years. I had a very disappointing experience at Bruegger's Bagels this morning. The employee preparing my bagel (Gabby) was extremely rude and spoke to customers and coworkers in a disrespectful manner. She was raising her voice, had a negative attitude, and made the entire atmosphere uncomfortable. No one expects perfect service, especially during a busy morning rush, but customers should still be treated with basic kindness and respect. Starting my day by being greeted with hostility was upsetting and completely changed what should have been a quick, pleasant stop for breakfast. I hope management addresses customer service at this location because the food isn't enough to make up for such an unpleasant experience.
