  We absolutely like the kettle boil bagel. They have so many varieties as well the cream cheese. I always order it online but that particular day I decided to go in. The lady who was at the register, Jess(?) wasn't friendly at all. She rushed me to order the bagel and sighed when I was trying to think what kind of my kids like. She didn't asked if I had any rewards or anything. I don't think I'll come back.

  Thank you, Karlos for helping me out with a big order this morning.website wouldn’t let me put my order in and Karlos helped me out on the phone to get the order in and went above and beyond at pick up with making sure I had everything plates and carrying to car! Appreciate the kindness

  There are great people here mixed with employees that aren’t great at playing their role including the manager. It’s important to direct people when there’s a group of people into a line because the group of people had no idea where to stand and what’s going on when the manager and a employee (who they can describe in this day and age a Karen) doesn’t take accountability. Came into the store this one morning and there was a group of customers scattered. You come in and don’t know why that is and I think they must be all waiting for their order. I go to the cash register to make my order and the employee chooses to listen to the Karen customers having each other’s back about how they got there first and that they were being cut in line. The employee chooses to believe this. Even with the manager being there, look it’s important to take accountability and lead. It’s great that you lost another customer :) I wouldn’t be surprised for this place to shut down. Very disappointing since the food is good. But other places with better management and treatment await me and many who will retain me as a on going customer. All this place and management can do is take action to be better with CHANGE AND ACCOUNTABILITY (not just saying things through a screen). Otherwise yes this place won’t even get workers to sustain this.
