I've emailed multiple about my concerns and nothing has been done. I can tell by the comments, I'm not the only one disappointed by their experience.

I'd come here a few days a week and was making it into a routine. But their service is so hit or miss. They had one cashier dude who was chill and helpful. Then I come back other days and the lady behind the counter takes forever and is doing things unrelated to taking orders. Despite there's a mass of people waiting inside right at the enterance. I can't tell if they're waiting to order or waiting for their food, because there's so much space between them and the register. Group is literally backed up into the entrance door. Nobody tells them to move in closer to the register. So I figure they're waiting for food. I walk up and then a Karen in line starts yapping about how she was front of line nevermind there's about 12 feet between her and a register. Line out the door. Nobody taking orders. Its just a hot mess. Not worth my time. Left immediately and never coming back. Get your ordering together.
