  Theme songs from musicals were playing over the speaker system. Much more enjoyable then loud pop music.

  Manager Jasmine was absolutely terrible, horrible customer service when our order was missing items and wrong and when asked what she can do for us to make it right she said nothing and said sorry. When asking her again, how it’s our fault they messed the order up yet we still have to pay she got disrespectful and continued to say “nothing can be done”. Terrible food, service and customer care. Jasmine do better especially as a manager

  I love Arby's. Last trip they had a special for Creamcicle shake. Wow!. My current craving is sliders. Another special - mac & cheese. Yummy

  Concerning... Poorly made roast beef, too wet, soggy bun. Bun also a bit stale. Worker coughing up a lung after entering the kitchen
