  So...they have completely eliminated inside staff taking orders. Instead, they now have 2 kiosks when customers enter their own orders. First, they are placed in a bad spot so that when there's a line, you quickly run out of space. The dining room is large enough that this could have been better laid out. Sencondl, the order process was extremely cumbersome. Software has you bouncing all over the screen and a ton of pop ups. Also, the touch screen doesn't work well. Might be because they are covered with oils, fingerprints and crud. Doesn't appear to ever get wiped off (at least when busy), and no hand sanitizer or wipes for self cleaning. Also, many dirty tables in the dining room. They're clearly eliminated all front of hous staff. Food was served fast though!

  I constantly come here and constantly get good stuff (I know it's taco bell and corporate food, fight me). Got a messed up order but the manager I talked to on the phone was nice about it - also I hate being a Karen lol. Thanks for making the order right even if it wasent day of.

  It was very delicious I loved the food there me and my girlfriend had such an amazing time there we might come back next time

  Interesting when thete are 3 out of 5 employees on a Sunday who come up to the front register to do other "orders" while you're the only one in line but don't ask to help you or say they'll be right with you. Or st the same time the ones who are making food for themselves and don't get another employees attention to help you.
