  Staff always have smiles. Was nice to be asked about a pizza our way as i was then able to get a fresh, hot stuffed crust pizza. All food on the buffet was delicious as well.

  We have been there about 2x a month since opening - went downhill fast- was there last week thursday around 6pm - fully staffed but no pizza restaurant not full - waited approx 15 minutes between pizzas but they would only make the kind no one wants - then they would sit there - at one 20 min stretch they moved the remaining 2 half pizzas to one tray and it was like that for 20 minutes - also this costs as much as the chinese buffett but is about 1/3 the quality- did anyone take our dishes no Did anyone refill the pizza no Did anyone refill the dessert no How was our latest pizza ranch - you should try hiring people that go to work not just lazy college students who refuse to do their job - cant everyone be the manager

  I called and spoke with Ben. He was very polite and helpful. He was able to look up our ranch rewards with our phone number and verify our amount. Then I asked about any deals available and I gave him my order and he said unfortunately no deals with my order but he gave us our 3 large pizzas for $15 each and 1 was even a specialty. Thank-you for your professionalism. Keep up the great work.

  When I paid for my lunch I mentioned to the person who checked me in that I forgot to give my phone# to get my rewards. She said to do the scan with my receipt. I had tried to follow the instructions but was unable to get to go through. If she would have taken my phone# to get my rewards I would have gotten a discounted meal. Very disappointed in this seeing I mentioned I did not give my phone#.
