  Spent $50+ on burritos and chips/queso. Took 4 bites and had to spit it out. Something was off, like grossly off. Was really salty, fajita veggies rancid. 2 of 3 burritos disgusting and 3rd was for a teenager so I wont even count that. I cannot stress how bad it was. Very disappointing. Will never eat Chipotle again, it was that gross. Chips were stale. Had to guess whose burrito was whose bc nothi g was labeled.

  Great food and service! My steak was cooked perfectly—juicy, flavorful, and exactly how I ordered it. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

  Staff were super friendly and attentive. One of the best chipotle’s I’ve ever been to. Will definitely come here when I’m in town. Shoutout to Trey and Ben they deserve promotion

  I like Chipolte for the most part, but my experience going through the pick up line in Winona, MN really made me rethink my position. Ordered a bowl and a burrito. Got home and opened up the bowl and it looked like they either dropped it on the floor or served me someone's leftovers. Bowl was half full. Didn't have all the ingredients I ordered and looked like a pile of crap on one side. I didn't dare eat it after looking at it. Wanted to call the restaurant and complain to the people that served that rubbish to me, but of course you go to some customer service line and can't call the restaurant itself. I just wanted to say "what did I ever do to you to serve me such a horrendous meal?" "Who were you mad at that you thought it was acceptable to serve food like that?" They did give me credit so I can order another meal. Only have 30 days to redeem it and I'm not sure I trust this location any longer. If I do go, I'll go inside and watch them prepare the food. Needless to say, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Oh wait, it didn't even do that because I couldn't even it the food. Terrible experience.
