I’ve never had someone speak to me in such a negative manner when I was being nice. He was putting the toppings on my bowl and I thought he couldn’t hear me since he was not acknowledging anything I was saying at all. So I after I repeated myself for the 3rd time in a nice way he responded so meanly that I had to say I didn’t want anything else. I didn’t even finish getting my order because I was so upset I had to leave the restaurant. Kindness goes a long way and you don’t know what people have going on in their personal lives. Don’t work in customer service if you can’t interact with people in a positive way. Please train all your employees to treat customers with respect.

Whoever was cooking up the chicken and veggies should literally be sent on early retirement. Thank you to every worker in that building on this lovely Tuesday evening and shout out to Ben as well for his hospitality. Love you all at Winona Chipotle
