  Great coffee. In my opinion some of the best coffee in town. Glad 7brew came to town.

  Wasn’t sure about the new coffee shop in Winona, but the price, the service, and the drinks were all refreshing. Louie helped me figure out my order with the many customization offers and I was very satisfied with my drink.

  I went this week, I usually go to scooters for my morning coffee, but since I had some coupons delivered in my mail I decided to try 7brew Coffee and I arrived and made my way through the drive-thru and I noticed it wasn't busy sI thought I was going to have a smooth quick purchase. I saw girls like to huddle and being loud, at first I'm thinking they are excited since they just had a great opening and I understand the excitement and wait in being attended. One of the girl notices me and walks towards my car with a confused face. - I say" em I in the wrong ile?" She says" No. And asks right away what cab I get you?" .. I say - " this is my first time here and I would like this items I saw on the 7Brew app. ( yes I downloaded the app before going and tried to be ready and knowing what I was going to order to make it smooth and quick since I have errands to run.) I mentioned I want one of the drinks Hot the Funnel cake flavor one. I make sure that if they can make it Hot please. She cuts me off when I'm mentioning for the second time and asks if I need anything else? Then I tell her -" yes , I want this strawberry dark chocolate drink " she looks at me confuse and then her tablet and says" I don't know what you are talking about." Laughs and scrolls through her tablet. I show her the item I want on my phone app. At this point a car arrives behind me and she tells me to drive up to the spot under the roof. Girls maybe think she is done with my order so they gather again around her etc. I show her the coupon I got on the mail. Doesn't grab it , or say anything just taps her tablet and charges me. It's 2 large drinks so when she says/charges $9 something I automatically think she applied the coupon most likely. Then I say- " do you apply the coupon or who do I give it to?" She says - yea, you can give that to the girl that hands you the coffee. I park the car next to the girl standing there under the roof. And wait for about 5 min. ( I have my car windows down) She doesn't make a convo.with me, I hear her yelling at the workers inside, about my drinks. At this point I wasn't liking the experience, the customer service , and now the time matter. But I kept it cool I'm also half asleep here trying to get that mama fuel going. So I'm trying to be understanding. She hands me my drink first and its over flowing she wipes it down with a cloth and I grab it and place it in my car's cup holder. Waiting for the next one. I see my cup overflowing and I grab a wipe to clean the spill. I'm thinking of asking for napkins when I'm already handed the other drink I place it in my cup holder and by the time I look at the girl again the one that was standing there the whole time , she walks to the car behind me. So I just drive a little to the front to place more wipes and drive off. I realize that the drink I ordered to be Hot they prepared it ICED. And I'm here blaming myself for wanting to try something new. I take a sip of mine - I'm hoping to ateast get a nice COFFEE flavor since I even paid for a shot of expresso on mine like I do at scooters and that's what gets me going. I threw away the drinks- and just drove up to scooters to grab my usual. Never again going to that place at least that location it's a No from me. I hope they improve their customer service.
