  Had a lunch with the crew today. Great service. VERY CLEAN business and the lunch was one of the best subs (and a wrap) we have had in a long time! We will be back.

  Jimmy John's is a solid choice in Willmar. Good selection and the prices were very reasonable. The staff were helpful and pointed me right to what I wanted. Would happily return and tell friends about it.

  I love, love, LOVE the new Thai wrap. Sandwiches are good too, but these things are the stuff of dreams.

  I love jj but the customer service has got to get better. No acknowledgment when you walk in. No acknowledgment of hi when you walk up to order, just silence. Smiling and a hello go a long way! I think the “freaky fast” slogan is also long gone, because it seems to take forever to get a meal when you dine in or go through drive. They really cater to deliveries now and that might be the case but I feel like your customers in front of you should be getting your best service! Also acknowledgment of an order at the drive up would be great. After you order a #4, add onion and cucumber -if you I could reply saying ok got it, anything else -goes a long way over no response. (Like did you hear me? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I can’t see you!)
