  I love jj but the customer service has got to get better. No acknowledgment when you walk in. No acknowledgment of hi when you walk up to order, just silence. Smiling and a hello go a long way! I think the “freaky fast” slogan is also long gone, because it seems to take forever to get a meal when you dine in or go through drive. They really cater to deliveries now and that might be the case but I feel like your customers in front of you should be getting your best service! Also acknowledgment of an order at the drive up would be great. After you order a #4, add onion and cucumber -if you I could reply saying ok got it, anything else -goes a long way over no response. (Like did you hear me? 🤷🏻‍♀️ I can’t see you!)

  Was 5 of us for late lunch they were slightly busy, they missed one sandwhich and 1 item we ordered

  The sandwiches were great no tap to pay through drive through had to go inside

  My sandwich was hard! Besides that they had a horrible system for the sandwich makers, and the orders were getting mixed up at a very busy time! My friends sandwich got given to someone else and took 20 minutes to get a new one made! Terrible!

  Very unsatisfied..We had got our sandwiches and had to return to JJs to get the correct order. Still after leaving they had not added the right ingredients and when we were telling staff what we had wanted they sure didn't take time to listen.
