If you can focus attention long enough to get the order right and I don't need to repeat myself I don't have a problem with this. I question the size (wrong) and her response is a insensere " have a nice day". I'm going to other coffee shops and try them instead.
- DDDarinSep 13, 20261.0THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY CARIBOU COFFEE LOCATION. Corporate office take note!! Sunday, September 13th with a close approximate time of 1:30. Large mint condition and a large caramel highrise. I waited for about 15 minutes to get my order and that is after pulling away from drive through and parking so I could just go to the walk up window. There were at least 3 people working inside at this time. I received my order about 15 minutes after ordering. The caramel highrise was given to me in the iced form when I ordered hot! That was corrected with a hot coffee. The hot coffee had little to no milk or caramel added to it and it was hotter than hell. The mint conditions not horrible but was definitely not what it should have been. I sure wish I asked for a receipt this time. I will never in a million years ever go back to this location. Look at my reviews. I leave very good reviews for the places I go to. This one should get no stars for the order and service that was received. CORPORATE OFFICE PEOPLE - contact me! I demand a refund for this garbage order as my wife calls it. Horrible!!!! I am a long time Caribou customer. I have gone to many many locations and have never felt that I needed to leave a crap review like this. I have only ever left one other low review for a Caribou Coffee location and that was due to awful drinks being received a few times in a row.

I went there yesterday 6/23 9:20 am asking for my receipt from 6/22, I even gave them back the sandwich uneaten because they undercooked my food and gave me lukewarm coffee for like the 5th time. — after talking with the manager he never reached out to give me my receipt (I made it a problem since it was on a work card and need the receipt) however he put $3 back onto my card that I assume was charged extra for a tip since my original total on 6/22 at 6:30 am was $16+, and they did try to offer me another sandwich as well but I declined since I will no longer consume from or support this location. — I’m a little disappointed since we’re grown women and we’re still being childish in work settings, kind of embarrassing🫶🏽
