  The inside was being renovated so we were only able to go thru the drive thru, the food was very good

  I ordered online last night for pickup and when I went to the store everything was dark. The whole place was under construction and not a light was on in the whole place. I ended up going to McDonalds but now I’m out $15 for food that I never received

  This store should be shut down rather than updated. Customer service must be frowned upon when training employees here. Went to get lunch at the store which I shouldn't have due to previous customer service. As I approached the store the sign said that there dine in area was closed for remodel which was not a problem as I was going to do drive through. When I got to the order area it had a sign saying the registers were down and you must order online. No problem as I was going to quickly go online and order since I was there. As I was getting online to order a lady came on the speaker and asked if I had an online order to pick up and I started to say No... I am going to order online quickly, but before I could get a single word out after the no the lady said they can't take my order and they can't help me today. As I tried to ask if all I needed to do was order online they just kept talking over me without listening to anythign else and then said goodbye and shut the speaker off. I will be finding a different one to go to if I want Arby's as this one does not deserve to even be open with the customer service they provide.

  How are you going to only give 1 sauce packet and tell me you can’t give any more yeah you lost a customer.
