  I would give 0 stars if I could because this place messed up my order so much that it was inedible what they gave me. I made a customer service complaint via Jimmy Johns’ online form. All I received were automated responses. The store manager reached out and said he would provide updates to this issue. I’ve reached out twice and no corrective action has been taken again. DO NOT GO HERE!

  Very little meat on any of the sandwiches paid $36 dollars for bread and veggies and one was a slim so just bread. Way too expensive for 3 sandwiches no sides or drinks.

  Manager was super helpful in helping me order a catering box Saturday morning, made it on the fly for us during what looked like a busy day for them! Super appreciate it!

  The staff are so kind and understand. When ordering delivery, the staff are fast and responses for if there is any type if mix up.
