- DWDesiree WJun 12, 20261.0If you want what you order, I'd suggest another location. 3 visits ago I ordered a cookie dough blizzard (vanilla ice cream - fudge - cookie dough) & received an off menu cookie JAR blizzard (Oreo - cookie dough). 2 visits ago they informed me they were done serving food (they only have hot dogs at this location) at 8:30pm (1/2 hr before close). Tonight I asked what's in the cookie dough blizzard before ordering to verify and then received vanilla ice cream with only cookie dough šš¤¦āāļø Epic fail. I'll drive to a different location from now on.
- CCCourtney ConwayJun 7, 20261.0Ordered a sāmores blizzard with extra graham cracker, and received the one on the right with no graham cracker and with so many mini chocolate bars. Went back through and said that the blizzard has no graham cracker when we asked for extra. Then received the blizzard on the left, made with chocolate ice cream and no mini chocolate bars. These were literally made only 5 minutes apart.

They are supposed to take orders up until 9 PM - when they officially close, as this is when their systems shut down automatically. If you're gonna close, then shut the "open" and shop lights off. I've had a good enough experience at this place before, but that was kind of a downer, considering this is a Treat location, and not even one with a kitchen to shut down. I don't think a few ice cream cones would've taken more than 5 minutes.

Iāve tried a lot of DQ locations for my snickers blizzard and this was the worst Iāve tried. I canāt even attempted to eat it. Mind You I got 2 large ones and she messed up both. Ruined my day. Avoid this location ASAP! Wish I could get a refund cause itās genuinely bad.
