  Ordered a pic two today, May 13, 2026, and although it was tasty - it was HALF THE SIZE. Prices have gone up - gas, especially, which makes everything go up - but you're going to drive yourself out of business. It's just not worth it anymore to come to the West St Paul location. I'll try other locations and if it's as puny as WSP, I'll make my own sandwiches and salads at home. It's either your management, or your food preparers- doesn't matter. Not worth it. It was good while it lasted. Farewell to Panera. I'll miss you. 😔

  This location operates well and is quick and clean. Parking is a little harder at this one, and the drive through is hit or miss with how fast it can be.

  Everytime I order from Panera the sandwich is thrown together and the toppings are not distributed throughout the sandwich. End up having to take the sandwich apart and remake it myself. Except at this particular panera store. Ive been here twice in the past few weeks and each time it was made and assembled perfectly! I wish every store was like this one.

  Normally I like Panera. It's a bit overpriced but usually tasty. Anyway, I had to place an order for bagels and sweets to deliver to a customer and did so online. The price for bulk orders seemed attractive. Of course, there's a pop up to sign up for the loyalty program and save $5 on an order of $10 or more. So, I did thinking maybe this will be my place. Anyway, I signed up and the offer disappeared and there was no discount applied. Looked and I couldn't find it anywhere. Go to pick it up and notice that these "Dubai cookies" which are ridiculously expensive are miniature, AND NOT VERY GOOD. You get NO cream cheese with a half dozen bagels and its nearly $2/single serve cup. As if that's not enough I mention the thing about the $5 discount and the manager comes out and asks for the promotion. I told him where it was and that it disappeared for good after signing up and he said so do you have documentation for the discount!?! Too, many dirty tricks all in one transaction. You've lost my trust and my business. Another Corporate greed machine.
