  Friendly staff and even though it was busy they stayed focused and friendly, exceptional service all down the line.

  When we walked in Mr.BJay said welcome with a happy smile and made out food very efficiently and the counter was clean. He properly gave us great portions and was neat with service. Most Chipotles give us sloppy and fast service. I prefer the slow method it's cleaner when wrapping burritos and it's less anxious feeling. Then we had a very fantastical cashier named Allison hopefully I spelled that right,she asked very cutely if we needed or wanted anything else asked to open our bottle of pop for us. And properly told his to have a blessed night. I'm always going to this location put those two on the schedule more you'll have more loyal customers. Give them a raise 2 dollars atleast.

  Every time I order they forget to add my guacamole. I thought putting it under my name, “don’t forget guacamole” would help them not forget it. Guess what they forgot to do?? This happens every single time!! It’s getting a bit annoying to see that they don’t actually check what the order says. Please do better and add my “Extra” guacamole next time.

  I have been going to this location for ten years. I've rarely had a problem, and even on my online orders, I was given a portion commiserate with what I paid for. My last couple visits, my bowls are not filled up. The portions are awful, my bowl contains about 60% of the food I normally would get. It is clear that the employees of this specific location are under orders to give small portions. I now go to the Woodbury location, where I get a full bowl when I order. Further, when you give feedback, nobody cares and you get "better luck next time." If you read recent reviews, you can see there is a new pattern emerging at this location. Go elsewhere.

  There was absolutely no meat on the line besides chicken. It’s 7 pm keep in mind. Only 5 people in line. The only thing they had was chicken. I asked how long for steak “25 minutes” okay what about honey chicken “20 minutes for any other meat” lol okay? First red flag. Okay we push through. Get to the cash register. The cashier did not say one work to me besides “anything else?” Didn’t tell me a price nothing. Okay fine. People have bad days. I get it. Okay we go home. I crack my bowl open. Okay. First bite. No flavor. Hmm?? Okay???? Maybe the flavor is hiding a lil deeper in the bowl. Nope. Rice? No flavor. Guac? No flavor. Honey vinegrette? No flavor?????? Like bro?? Okay I get like 15 fork bite in (1/5 of the bowl) I finally gave up. Because at this point all I taste is the Doritos I’m using to scoop my bowl. Okay let’s move to my boyfriend. He’s already hot because he didn’t get that honey chicken. Tell me why he’s pushing through though because he needs to eat. He’s deep in his bowl, also only tasting Doritos but pushing through. This man pulled out shrek’s unborn child. Whole avocado. THE PIT WAS IN IT! No skin though, surprisingly. This chipotle is genuinely the worst chipotle I’ve ever had. And I’ve only been there twice now. Both times were depressing. Yall had enough money to build that patio but not enough money to season the food? Crazy.
