There were several customers waiting in line, yet no acknowledgment or communication that we’d be helped shortly. We ended up standing there unnecessarily while the line continued to grow. Please train your staff to prioritize customers and be mindful of people’s time. A simple “I’ll be with you in a moment” would have gone a long way. Thank you.
