My online order was not brought out for over 20 minutes after it was completed. 5+ people were all waiting on online orders that were clearly ready, just not being brought to them. The staff were rude to anyone inquiring about a +10 minute wait for something they pre ordered. I understand if people will steal food from the pickup counter but please check that people have arrived more frequently. My food is now cold and everyone in line was frustrated.

They were out of fajita veggies with about a 10-minute wait, but the bowl was good without them, so no complaints. Almost no line, friendly location, a perfectly adequate Chipotle. Bonus: it's right next to the Goodwill, which has EV charging, so my car collected some electrons while I ate.

What made this worse is first went in and told completely out of both types of rice and would be a 15 minute wait. Went next store to the Goodwill to kill some time. Came back, lots of fresh rice but now no chicken. They must of had eight workers standing around and literally no customers on a Friday evening. Poor management. Don’t waste your time going to this location.
