  More than a handful of times I have orders cancelled or I’ve had to ask for a refund due to food not being delivered. Waiting over two hours for a sandwich. Even when ordering from JJ app the store usually needs to use DoorDash or Uber Eats to deliver food and then it’s anyone’s guess if it arrives.

  This location is pretty awful. Manager didn't mention they were out of bread and then said it would be 5 minutes. Manager rang me up and was going to overcharge by not ringing it as a combo. Ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a sandwich. There's also next to no seating at this location.

  Put it in order for delivery at 7 PM because I’m injured. I didn’t know they didn’t have their own drivers. Status shows they said they were sending it through Uber which every time they do that I don’t get my actual order. Call the restaurant the person I spoke with didn’t even ask for my name and said someone just left. They forgot to press the button the link they sent me keep showing the Driver through Uber is changing. I called again and spoke with someone. They said they would get their manager. I waited on the phone and no manager picked up. Gave it a little bit. Tried calling back three different times and no one picked up.
