  Horrible service! Ordered a breakfast sandwich, was asked to pull up and wait. After 15 min went inside and asked where is my bagel sandwich, they had no idea, start giving me excuses. Unreal!!! Fast food suppose to be fast. Whoever works there have no idea how to communicate between each other.

  Atmosphere is quiet & inviting, table service was good & food was freshly made, will definitely return to this site.

  Wow!!! I pull up to the drive-thru window to pay, the guy asks "how are you today". I smile and say hi. He stares at me angrily then asks annoyingly, "are you going to answer my question?" confused I said I'm fine". As I handed him my credit card, he asked angrily, "is the order correct?" I say yes. I thought he was just joking around because I was smiling and in a good mood and thought it was a bit... but he was serious. I figured out later when I pulled up, he was talking to his screen, and was probably reading my order, but I didn't hear it. He looked at me and asked how are you but apparently was talking on his headset. Rather than recognize a communication issue, he launched into a rant of how rude I was, not answering his questions, talking to him while he was trying to talk to someone else on his headset. How he doesn't deserve to be treated that way, and when he handed me my receipt, he looked me in the eye with nothing short of a demonic stare telling me I need to learn not to be so rude. If I wasn't so thrown by the bizarre behavior, I would have told him to cancel my order and give me my money back. He clearly did not want my business. Wow! This guy must have a miserable life if he gets rudeness out of a smile and a "Hi". But then again, he is working the drive through at McDonalds... but I really question the management that would put someone with that kind of mental illness in a customer facing position. That is fine, they don't want my business. I hope the guy gets some help.

  I ordered a McDelivery meal which was confirmed via text. When the delivery time approached, I received a text advising the order was canceled with no explanation. I reached out to McDonald’s corporate and was advised they use Door Dash or Uber Eats for delivery and I would need to contact one of them to find out what happened. So, McDonald’s fails to deliver as promised and the customer is supposed to chase down a delivery service to find out why? Abysmal customer service. No offer of anything to make it right. I have been a McDonald’s customer for over 50 years and would have expected more. Just a big disappointment. I’m not sure this is the store’s fault. Pro tip: don’t push the McDelivery service using the app if you can’t deliver.

  This is our favorite McDonald’s. The environment is always clean. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. And the ice-cream cone is always perfectly made.
