    Like the food, manager has wasn’t able to correct bruegger’s websites error. Still waiting 9 days for a refund

    Going downhill. Bagels taste as if I bought them from the clearance isle at aldi. I think they changed the recipe.

    Ordered a take out bagel sandwich online and indicated no cheese and peppered bacon (comes with the sandwich). When I got home, I realized my bagel sandwich had cheese and regular bacon. Kinda missed the mark here Bruggers… I’ve been here many times but this was the first time I’ve done take out instead of ordering in. Guess I have to verbally place my order for them to get it right next time. Also, my order was ready when I arrived but online it said it wasn’t going to be ready for another 10 min so good thing I showed up early or it would have been cold.

    I was greeted and the person that took my order was genuinely friendly, attentive and helpful. There was another person who rung me up and was tge same. Tuesday 3rd around 12:30 1:00 or so. Give them a raise 😁

    Used to be a great location that always got my orders right. Now when I place my mobile orders, my order is wrong or just poorly made/prepared. I ordered a brisket sandwich and there was barely any brisket in there at all. I order a bagel toasted and it’s cold. I’ve stopped going there completely. Extremely disappointing.
