  The staff is always so friendly & fast serive. James is very in tune with his regulars & makes sure he addresses everyone who comes through the store. My food is always hot & fresh!

  I walked into this location and immediately I heard yelling from this man and I walk in a little closer. He’s in a general manager shirt and he’s yelling at the staff. I’m the GM I’m the GM I don’t work the Line. I’m the GM. Don’t ask me to do anything. I’m the GM leave me alone he made one of the girls go in the back and start crying. You could tell that everybody was embarrassed He should be fired. That type of behavior is unacceptable. He was literally mentally abusing the staff, and it was all of them, but mostly yelling at the women That is honestly so unacceptable He was not wearing a name tag so I asked one of the staff for his name I and they said it was James. Everyone there was extremely nice except for him, and he also looked like he was on a substance of some kind, acting, irrational Couldn’t stand still at all shaking going in the back and then going to the front and then going to the office and then going to the back and then the front in the office, turning over papers and acting very strange. He does not have any business being a general manager treating women like their garbage I can’t honestly believe what I just witnessed and he was a white man with black hair just so rude and he’s short

  Came in at 1:30 today (7/23) to pick up two bakers dozens and they were out of one of the kinds of bagels I had ordered but handled the situation phenomenally. Shout out to the gentleman and girl who helped me, amazing customer service and they deserve to be recognized. I always choose this location over the one that is closer to me because of how amazing they are and my experience today absolutely reinforced that decision.
