  I’ve ordered from Wingstop frequently, and it used to be really good. But recently, I’ve noticed the quality of the wings has gone down. The wings don’t seem properly cooked and don’t taste as good as they used to. After eating them, I’ve also experienced vomiting and stomach discomfort. Really disappointed with how much the quality has changed.

  I came to the store this evening to pick up an order for my son Levi. I'm handicapped and told my son that I wanted to do it alone. I parked as close as I could to the door and this time I did not use my wheelchair I used my cane. Nina, an employee at the store, immediately welcomed me and asked me if I had a previous order in which I told her, "yes it's for Levi." She called back to the kitchen and they told her just a few more minutes. When the order was finished she came to me holding the order and told me that she would walk it out to my vehicle. I said, "no that's okay", but with a sense of humor she said, "I got you!" We spent a few moments at my vehicle talking and I have to say she was wonderful, positive, and kind. Before leaving she told me that, "the next time I come up that I should give her a call and she will personally bring out the food to me." To do this she gave me her personal phone number. I couldn't believe it! This was above and beyond normal service. I felt like I was talking to a friend of mine. If corporate or someone else in a leadership position has the opportunity to read this, please take the time to recognize her for her approach and above all her Humanity.   I went in to eat with my family and the place was nice and clean, all the staff were really friendly and had positive attitudes, they were very attentive to our needs, they went beyond and above our expectations. Thank you we will be coming back!!

  We have ordered from this location a number of times and they always make a mistake. They have incredibly terrible service. When you call to get a resolution they tell you to call the 800 number. Worst Wingstop ever.

  I would recommend just eating somewhere else. I waited over an hour for my pickup order. It was supposed to be ready, when i ordered, in 30-40 minutes. I went 35 minutes after, and still waited another hour for my food. The chicken i received wasn’t even edible, it was stringy, had a bunch of fat in it and was overall bad chicken. My fries tasted like they were cooked in oil from 5 months ago. The area wasn’t cleaned either, and had trash all over. There was also an employee who was complaining VERY loud about the establishment and manager. Flipping off cameras, cussing, etc. Besides him, the other employees were nice. I feel bad for them as they are put in a terrible position with management not taking reviews seriously, and it reflects on management why the establishment is failing and doing terrible. I recommend finding wings elsewhere.
