  It's a travesty this location has converted to the trimmed down, minimalist interior. Removing the drink and condiment station is an outrageous decision from the brand. Now I have to walk up to the counter with my hands out like Oliver Twist, begging for ketchup packets and since no one is actually manning a register anymore, I have to stand there, awkwardly waiting until I can grab someone's attention in the back.

  Waited for 45 minutes for cold food. Such a joke go anywhere else.

  No one would serve us at the counter. The manager and workers saw us but ignored us. Waited 10 minutes then left. They tend to wait on drive thru and disregard customers at the counter. This has happened multiple time's.

  My daughter would always got a whipped cream cup and the one time we go they say no and the AGM was rude about it. My daughter doesnt want to come back here bc of how rude the lady was.
