  Went to pick up 6 sandwiches I had ordered online today 7/19. The shorter, plump younger man with brown hair working the register had the social skills of rock. Just stood there not saying anything. I approached and greeted him and told him I was there to pick up an order I placed online. He told me to look on a shelf nearby in lobby. I asked him if they had a plastic knives so we could cut the sandwiches. He says “what?” and I ask again and he says “no”. I said thank you and left. Nothing from him. Not a thank you or anything. Guy acted I was a bother. A bother for not knowing the online orders are left in lobby and a bother for asking for a plastic knife. Get some customer service skills or another job where you don’t have to deal with society buddy.

  Drove 10 miles just have them cancel our order, the customer service if the representatives working did nothing to remedy the situation and it cost me both gas and time and I never got my food. Horrible service today.
