  Absolutely garbage drive through wait time. Defeats the purpose of a drive through. I could have order, gotten, and ate my meal at Cazidores in the time I was stuck waiting here. Garbage reviews for being open for such a sort time. Get your stuff together

  took 30 minutes just for a $5 box there were 3 other people in the restaurant and barely any cars in the drive thru too. I also saw a lady come in and said they forgot two chips. Also the tortilla and hard shell tortilla was stale. This isn’t my main taco bell but never going back.

  Only 4 cars were in front of me at the drive thru and restaurant was empty, I waited for 40 min in the drive thru. Only got one burrito. This is manager incompetence

  #tacobell yall need to help ur store out. This is crazy! Mobile orders waiting in store for over 25 mins, while drive through and walk ins get served first? Aren't we supposed to beat the line?? I know this is a new store and I dont want it to go away so please. Hire staff, I dont think this is an employee issue, I feel for them! Do better DM's!

  I don't usually write reviews but this time was just unacceptable. Me and my girlfriend went to this taco bell, We saw the drive thru was full so my girlfriend decided to go inside and order. You would assume it would be faster because my girlfriend ordered it way before the drive thru cars ordered theirs. 5-10 minutes later, our food is still not done and I saw that there were new cars in the drive thru. So i told my girlfriend to come back in the car and I'm going to check what was going on / why it's taking so long to get our food, We only ordered chicken quesadilla and a large nacho fries. I go inside and talked to the guy at front counter. I asked him "which do you prioritize more? drive thru or front counter" he says "We try not to prioritize which is which". That's how i knew he was lying. They do prioritize drive thru more than front counter. Then I finally got my food, Fries was cold and the picture displayed is the chicken quesadilla I received, they didn't even bother cutting my quesadilla. Shame on all the employees who works here. Do better. In conclusion if you see that there's a lot of cars in the drive thru, DO NOT go inside, It will not be faster, i promise you that.
