  Waited 15 minutes at drive thru window, no "hey we're running slow" or anything. got drinks first so by the time I got food they were watered down. This is not the first bad customer experience I've had. Their corporate needs to step in.

  This location, while having a silly design for the drive‑thru, is among the best I've been to. It's been very clean and well staffed any time I've visited. After a long day of little things going wrong left and right, I ended up getting my family dinner here today. Ordering on the app went entirely wrong, and I sat trying to get it to work for at least 20 minutes. Giving up and just driving through (a second time) was my only real option. The person that helped me was beyond patient and understanding. They even made my order exactly how I wanted it when I tried the failed mobile app. This simple little thing was the highlight of a stressful day, and his kindness is 100% the reason I'm bothering to write this review. I don't often prefer Taco Bell, but it is one of the only places that stays open late. Their app is glitchy and lacking. Typically the food is alright, but it feels a bit overpriced for what you get. The newer items they offer at lower costs are actually a great start to fixing that, though. Several delicious options under 3 dollars that are actually filling. If you can get the app to work, the custom box for $6.29 is a fantastic deal. Drive‑thru or in‑store prices are very lacking outside of the above‑mentioned value items. For those just scrolling through: TL;DR – If you like Taco Bell food, absolutely visit this location. The night staff are amazing! Food quality is spot‑on for Taco Bell.
