Potica is a classic Italian recipe. When we, the Prebonich family, purchased the bakery, we kept the Potica recipe the same as the original owner's but added our twist to it, including walnuts and raisins. Our bread is hand-rolled and is made with precision by all our bakers.

Went to the bakery across the street for a birthday cake and was told she wasn’t baking them at that time so went to Pep’s. Excellent service and cake was made as requested. Will go back again!
