- TFToni Flack6 days ago1.0I am not sure what is happening at this Dairy Queen. Unlike in the past, there is definitely enough staff working, so that can’t be a reason. I will admit that everyone working there is very friendly and have great manners. Last weekend I was there picking up an order for someone, otherwise seeing the 42 vehicles in the parking lot & drive-thru, I would totally avoid that situation. I waited 15 minutes for 1 Blizzard with 3 people ahead of me. Today I noted the Cadillac at the end of the drive thru when I walked in. Everyone that had ordered before me & myself had waited 20 minutes before asking for our own food, the result was very disappointing. When we received our food, it was cold, obviously sitting for a while. When the Blizzards were placed in front of me I chuckled and asked, “Are these Blizzards? We didn’t order shakes”. “Those are Blizzards”. And that Cadillac? It was the third car from the drive thru window when I walked out. 1 star given because food was actually received (I was 1 minute away from asking for a refund and leaving without anything), the staff is friendly, & you could actually sit at an unlittered table with food strewn chairs. I hope the owner & manager take some time to observe the pace of service & quality of orders, to utilize the corrective actions needed so this facility can be the Dairy Queen we crave and can’t wait to get that sweet treat from once again.
- AJAlex JohnsonApr 29, 20263.0The buns the last 3 times are exceptionally chewy and rubbery. Like they are putting them in the microwave instead if toasting them. I used to love coming here, but thats such a consistent degradation of quality. Makes me quite reluctant to try again at this point. Im not exaggerating, it stretches, its elastic, chewy. Not soft or crispy. Either is fine over rubbery.
