  I went here to eat with my daughter and mother. We were severely disappointed with the environment and food. The employees were polite. But, there were numerous employees in the back talking very loudly on their cell phones. It was very dirty. Greasy, sticky tables. Food and garbage on the floor, seats and tables. My daughter had to grab a wet napkin and wipe down our table and seats. The soda machine has not been cleaned in a very long time. The white mildew residue on the back of the machine proved it. The syrup in the soda stuck to the cups. The Arby's sauce was the consistency of water. The food was not hot. Not even warm. The buns were hard. The sandwiches looked like they were put together by a 2 yr old. The fries were overcooked and tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in at least 2 to 3 days. Will definitely not be going back. Definitely a waste of money.

  If you use the drive thru don't expect to get what you ordered and if when ordering you can't move forward immediately expect it to take 15 to 20 minutes to get your food. Also if perchance you go in to complain about getting something other than what you ordered don't expect an apology. Disgusting service, not worth it.

  Walked in with 7 people, ordered first, never got my food. Horrible. I will never be back.

  We went through the drive through. My daughter got a double beef and cheddar and I got a double beef meal with crinkle fries and a diet coke. The sandwiches were fine but the fries were absolutely disgusting! They tasted old and like they had been put back down to cook after getting stale. YUK, what a disappointment!
