  First off, we came in and the line was extremely long and only one person was working the food and one on the registers. We wait for roughly 10 minutes to get up there. The man was very confused and just didn’t look well trained. My friend orders and gets to the end and asks for guacamole, mind you there is most definitely enough guacamole in there for 3 orders, the man tells theres no guacamole left and she moves on, when I told the man no meat, he asked again and again which kind of meat I want, when I got to the guacamole, I didn't bother asking knowing he would say no. As my friend pays for her food the next lady in line asks for guacamole and he proceeds to scoop out the rest and put it on her two tacos. The cashier also kept repeatedly leaving while taking orders. We spent over 25 minutes in this dirty chipotle for low quality food. Ive been to much better, hope they improve.

  I managed to find the slowest Chipotle on the planet. I have been standing in line for 20 minutes with one person in front of me. Now, they ordered for 6 people, but it’s still ridiculous. Don’t go here if you are looking for a quick meal.

  This location needs some significant improvement. The cleanliness is in question, the portions are not great, and the staff just seem upset. And to be honest, I don’t blame them. I’m not sure what the source of the issue is here but I hope this location gets the help it needs soon.

  Super disappointed in the vadnais heights chipotle waited in line for 15 minutes for them to be out of every meat and no communication wasting my lunch break!

  1 Star – Nothing has changed Came back after about a year and a half thinking this place might’ve improved. Nope—same terrible service, same low-quality food. Ordered 3 items on the app. One was missing. Called the store and spoke to Chris—was told I’d have to go through corporate for a refund, or accept a credit. So instead of fixing their mistake, they pushed the problem onto me. I drove back anyway. Asked for Chris—waited, nothing. Asked again—still nothing. Eventually someone comes out, hands me a bag, and walks away without a single word. No apology, no acknowledgment. Just complete indifference. And the food? The burrito was packed with so much fat it was basically inedible. Mistakes happen—but the way this place handles them is the real problem. Zero accountability, zero customer service, and no quality control. Save your time and money—go somewhere else.
