- RLRyan LongOct 6, 20262.0The last couple of times I have ordered online I get back to work and open the bowl to find a disappointingly small amount of food. Not sure if this is specifically an online order problem but I plan to avoid that for now.
- NBNathanial BachmannSep 27, 20261.0Whos in charge here? Owner ovously dosnt care !Worst chipotle to ever exist. Rude staff that oblivious to the world. Ever time they mess up your order or are missing ingredients. How this place is still open is crazy to me. Go here at your own risk.
- MHMark HennessySep 25, 20261.0This place is trash… worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Over and over again. It’s the only one near my house and it’s not just bad. It is quite possibly the single worst store they have. The staff is literally incapable of serving what you order online. If you go into the store they never have anything prepped. The store looks like a tornado cut through the kitchen and it’s filthy where they make your food. I hope the owners figure it out because it’s just so bad.
- TSTravis SchillingSep 25, 20261.0HORRIBLE STAFF Staff disappeared to the bathroom halfway through making my burrito. After watching it sit for over 5 min and get cold. I left. Who knows when she came out od the bathroom. Worst of all. Nobody said a word to me and the rest of the staff jjst stood around and didnt finish my burrito or ring me up. Come to think of it. Nobody said Hello. Or a single word. They just looked at me when. I placed my order. I drove to the maplewood location instead. Avoid this location like the plague!!
- AVadam vangSep 16, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. The restaurant was dirty and there were a lot of flies flying around inside. My pickup order was also missing several items. There were so many flies that multiple flies apparently hitched a ride in my carryout bag and ended up flying around inside my car after I left. Definitely concerning from a cleanliness standpoint, and I hope management addresses the issue.
