Took our order and our payment. Showed up at 10:30 and the guy said “we starting closing early last week” aka I don’t want to make your food right now. N then had to run the process of getting a refund. Don’t go to this location

Because the sauce was free, I added in some chips to go with it. My husband went to pick it up and saw several other people waiting for to go orders. An employee came out and gave one customer their order then placed the rest on the shelf. She didn't stay to make sure everyone received their food. Our order wasn't there so my husband continued to wait. Another customer arrived who was familiar with this kind of service and told my husband that they often leave completed orders on the counter in the back. The order was 20 minutes late. When we got the order home we realized that the cilantro lime sauce was missing, and the steak quesadilla was missing the STEAK and the tomato salsa. We have had other problems with this location and now that I'm thinking about it, I'm surprised we went back. I think because we've gone to this location only occasionally over many years we didn't realize how bad it is consistently. I've had corn salsa added on accident, rice that wasn't fully cooked and even a bit of bone in the chicken. We will not be going back to this location. I'm surprised that they still have a 3 star rating since 1 star is the majority of their reviews.
