  They do not deserve any stars. Worst staff of all chipotles . gave me 6 pieces of steak and didnt even close the bowl properly. Came home and out the car it went straight to the cement from leaking through the bag. Staff are rude and dont want nor seem like they want anyone to have a decent experience. Waste of money coming here - wouldnt recommend.

  Quite literally, the worst chipotle i've ever been into. The lady taking my order was literally bitching about how hungry she was. And how angry she was at the customers right in front of us. The serving sizes were portions for infants. When I asked for a little bit of lettuce, he put one piece of lettuce on the bowl. I could go on and on about how shitty this place is. But what's the point. I'd be shocked if they're still in business in a few years.

  I cannot remember the last time I did an online order from this location and it wasn't completely wrong. Tonight we had chips missing and an order that needed to be in corn tortilla shells due to a gluten allergy was put into flour tortillas. So he was not able to eat his food. We were not able to go back to the store to correct this and will not be given a refund even though the order was wrong to a point where it couldn't even be eaten but the customer. The stupid pepper chat thing on the app gave us a bag of free chips instead. So out an entire entree that we paid for but woo hoo can get a bag of free chips if I order again. No thanks.

  Absolutely ridiculous experience tonight. I understand it’s BOGO night and that it’s going to be busy, but that is NOT an excuse to be completely unprepared. The portions were honestly a joke. We were getting maybe 1/4 of a normal scoop of rice, and it continued with basically every ingredient. We asked for more rice and were literally told “no.” When I said, “People are paying for this,” the employee told us, “My manager is telling me to do this. You can talk to her.” And it wasn’t just us. Customers before and after us were getting the exact same tiny portions. You could literally watch people walking out with bowls that were barely filled. What makes me the most upset is that I actually felt bad for the employees. They were clearly just doing what their manager told them to do and were being put in a horrible position of having to tell paying customers “no.” If you know it’s BOGO night and you know you’re going to be slammed, BE PREPARED. Have enough food. Have enough staff. Don’t make your employees deal with angry customers because management decided the solution was to give everyone a fraction of the portions they normally receive. I’m not blaming the employees at all. I’m blaming the management that put them in that position and thought this was an acceptable way to handle being busy. We paid full price for our food and should not have to beg for a normal portion. Completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

  Went to this chipotle on 08/20/2026 for the bogo meal for wearing college gear. When I went to order my bowl I got no more than an 1/8 of a scoop of rice (I am not exaggerating). I asked for more rice and the worker said “we aren’t doing extra today” as if they gave me a normal scoop. My wife then went to order and they gave her EVEN LESS RICE, not only my own jaw was on the floor but the 10 people behind us in line were reacting the same way. We asked him for more rice in that and he straight up said “No.” We had to say to the worker, “people are paying for this” because it was almost disrespectful. The worker said “talk to my manager, I’m just listening to her”. Then we got to the corn section and they did not have corn and said “we aren’t making anymore today”, mind you it was 6:00pm. They then went on to charge us the full amount. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE, go to the chipotle on White Bear Ave, they have much better service and quality. I cannot even believe I paid for this.
