  My husband and I absolutely LOVE 7 brew !!!! We weren't sure what to expect or what drinks to try but I asked and they delivered !! The cookie butter blondie iced with caramel drizzle is our go-to drink of choice !! Service has always been top tier !!! I brought my Mom the same drink we get during an early morning softball tournament that we were all coaching in and now she is hooked !!! Highly recommend !!

  My boyfriend and I came here for the very first time and we’re treated very nice from CeCe. she went above and beyond for us and we appreciate her kindness immensely. She definitely made the experience special for us and we’ll definitely be back! The drinks were also great!!

  Management needs to retrain the staff on how to enter and make a Brunette Chiller. I spend roughly $8 sometimes $15 a day here and know exactly what my drink looks like (smooth medium brown) and tastes like. Three times now, I have been handed a plain, tan-colored base. Today, the employee argued with me instead of fixing it. After three attempts, they still left out the espresso, caramel, and hazelnut, only adding mocha to the plain base. It tasted terrible. Speed shouldn't come at the cost of basic customer service and correct recipes. Really disappointed considering im a loyal customer and get the same thing everytime 😔

  First time here. I waited for the hype to die down a bit. The service was great. Super friendly people taking my order and handing off my drinks. Cool vibe, yet the music was incredibly loud. The way to get in and out of the place is crazy. It's not driver friendly. The drinks were less expensive than other coffee places which was great. I tried their Cherry Lime Energy which was very good! I also ordered my regular stand by at any coffee place, an iced Breve with sugar free vanilla and an extra shot of espresso. Well...that fell short. Very sweet, and the coffee was bitter. I would definitely like to try a couple of there other lemonade or energy drinks but I'll stay away from the coffee. My big question, is with the way this is set up, how is this going to work in the middle of a Minnesota winterrrrrrr? I recommend to those who might like a more bitter coffee.

  The 7Brew located in Vadnais Heights has been disappointing the last two times I have gone. This location is the closest one to me, making it a 30 minute drive every time I want to grab a fun drink. I’ve been supporting this location since they first opened and have waited more than two hours just to order. I’ve never encountered bad service till my last two times I went. The customer service I received was not very great…On 7/29 at around 2pm, the first incident, they did not have very efficient service and they weren’t very communicative with the staff and with me. I was trying to place two different orders all in the same car, and the worker told me I wouldn’t be able to place in two different numbers until I got to the front of the line. I was trying to place in my number so I could look at my past order history and order something from there so I was confused because they’ve never not given me that option. I was not given that option so I thought okay it’s whatever I’ll just order anything at this point and give my number when I get to the front of the line because I also had a free drink to redeem. I get to the front of the line and the worker looks confused as why we would stop at the front of the line if we were already given our drinks. We had to tell her we haven’t paid yet and I asked to put in my number to get a free drink. She looks confused and tells us we should’ve done that back when our order was taken, although we were told to come to the front of the line… So clearly there was a lack of communication. After almost 5 minutes of being gone to ask for help she comes back. I understand miscommunication can happen but this made the service not very efficient. The first worker also seemed annoyed that she had to do her job. My second incident happened today 7/31 around 2pm. I ordered a sugar free banana bread latte with almond milk, and was given a mocha instead of a latte. I’ve ordered this three times before so I have an understanding of what it is. When the worker handed it to me, she said it was a mocha…I was confused because I did not ever mention the word mocha when ordering. I tell her that and she tells me she can remake the drink. Perfectly fine with me, mistakes happen. She comes back out and hands me the same exact drink, telling me that their lattes are made the same as the mochas…Correct me if I’m wrong but a latte is coffee and milk, and a mocha is chocolate. So I don’t understand how they are the same thing? The worker seemed annoyed that I wanted my drink to be remade although they originally gave me the wrong order. Overall the service at this location has gone downhill and my experience has been terrible and shocking. I’m not sure if there’s new management or training but these workers seem poorly trained and not very aware of their job. I’m very understanding when it comes to the food and beverage service industry as I myself work in it, but two incidents is a little crazy to me.
