  They started off really good. But then went down hill, I get dirty looks from the workers, my drinks are made incorrectly, they use my rewards without asking, and today I sucked up something hard in my drink. Not worth it anymore

  My daughter and I decided to try out 7 Brew. We typically go to Starbucks, but we like to try out other places too. I'll say, they have a decided menu. Lots of drink options from coffees to energy drinks to teas to smoothies to shakes...hot, iced, blended. We got 4 drinks, all different styles, and they were all good. While there was a long line and it took just under an hour from the time we got there to the time we got our drinks, I feel like for the amount of cars the line went pretty quickly. When I was leaving, the line was even longer than when I arrived! Even with the steady business, I feel the staff was handling it very well. Both employees I interacted with were upbeat and friendly. We did not try any of the food items during this visit, but maybe next time! I hope more locations open so the lines aren't so long!!! 😀 *Yes, the iced drink was full to the top, but my daughter was too excited and didn't wait for me to take a picture!!!

  My second time visiting 7 Brew on a weekend, and unfortunately my coffee was not made well at all. It tasted very watery, and the cold foam had already melted before I even received the drink. It felt like the drinks were being rushed because of how busy it was. Since the line was so long, I wasn’t able to go back through and ask for it to be remade. Very disappointing experience.

  7 Brew in Vadnais Heights feels like a brand built entirely on hype instead of actual quality. The wait was way too long for what ended up being pretty mediocre coffee. I kept hearing about how amazing it was supposed to be, but honestly it just did not live up to the expectations at all. The whole “Brew Crew” concept might appeal to some people, but the constant over-the-top enthusiasm and forced customer interaction can get annoying fast. At times it even felt a little inappropriate or uncomfortable instead of welcoming. It seems like the company’s rapid expansion, marketing, and social media campaigns have created a huge buzz around the brand, but once you actually try the product, it feels like there is not much substance behind it. You can tell by all the other reviews there is very little compliments on the product but more shout outs for random favorite staff members. Plenty of local coffee shops deliver better coffee without all the theatrics. Feels like the Wish or TikTok of coffee.

  Been going to this place and for the rewards buy 10 cups get 1 for free but the point stop at 900 and never got my free drink! As I offered to show them the receipt that they send every time I went there but they say nothing they can do! Not sure if I was the only one!
