  Not bad, not great. Had an issue with asking for lite ice. Wasn't told no, or we can't . Just took our money and sent us forward. When we received our drinks, the lemonade was NOT lite ice, it was more ice than liquid. When we asked to have it fixed, the person disappeared with our beverage only to come back and say it WAS lite ice. Went on to explain that the lemonade is 4oz and they have to fill the glass the ice to make it full. Didn't fix it, didn't make one with lite ice. Didn't do anything but basically explain its a giant rip off. 4oz of liquid and they won't even remove the ice if it hurts your teeth or you don't want it watered down if drinking slow or later?? Come on.

  We had Erin take our order and she was the kindest, sweetest, and most helpful person I’ve ever met. In our brief conversation she managed to improve my day significantly. She deserves a raise! Thank you Erin!!

  I really love the Seven Brew in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. I actually drive all the way from Rosemount just to come to this location. I always get the strawberry banana smoothie, and it’s one of my favorite drinks. The staff here is great, and I’ve had some really good experiences. One time in particular really stood out to me. I was already halfway through the line, and they took my order and actually brought my drink out to me while I was still several cars back. I think I was like the seventh car from the front, and I thought that was amazing service. I’ve only had one bad experience here, and that was when I ordered my usual strawberry banana smoothie, paid for it, and then when I got up to the window they told me their truck was down and they couldn’t make it. Since that’s the only drink I get there, I ended up paying for something I didn’t even receive. They did try to help me find something else, but it just wasn’t the same. I honestly wish I would have been told before paying so I could’ve just left the line and come back another time. Other than that, I really do enjoy this location and the service is usually great. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Seven Brew Vadnais Heights

  We are in line to pick up our order and just watched a staff member eating a cake with friends outside at a picnic table. This particular employee continually picked at the cake licking her fingertips of the frosting. We then watched her retrieve and deliver drinks from inside the "hut" WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS.

  I’ve been twice now first time I got a cookie butter frozen coffee it had no flavor to it just tasted like vanilla iced coffee with cream blended. Second time I got crème brûlée iced latte it also had no flavor just tasted like a normal iced latte. My son got a cookies and crème shake it was good but not for $6 Not sure why people says it good everyone I’ve talked to say they thought the same.
