Even with pre ordering in the app it takes a long time to get the order. When the person in the booth has to leave it to get the orders there is a line that just sits there. Had to wait almost 15 minutes from the time my order was placed in the line. The coffee was good. The service was friendly

I truly hope that there will be more 7-brew locations closer to my house. This one is 45mins from my home, well worth the drive as this company is seriously doing something right! They can clear a line with 15 cars in each lane in under 10mins! The menu is great too!

Got a watermelon lemonade, tasted amazing as always but there is just way too much ice. I even asked for light ice and there was still so much ice. PLEASE START PUTTING LESS ICE IN THE DRINKS.

My frozen chiller was already melted when I got it handed to me and the flavor wasn’t as great as other 7 brews I’ve been too. honestly tastes watered down like it’s a splash of 7 energy mostly ice and flavor blended together. I have been to Maplewood location numerous of times to know that’s not right. also no music was playing which I found odd because every one I go to is playing music

This place needs a better system. Very disorganized. The way they take orders is all over the place. Order my drinks with person on foot and it’s I pad. But they don’t take the car in front of me order until they got up to booth. I saw them bring my drinks out and set them in hot booth. The people in front of me had a big order and it took them more than 10 mins to make their drinks. So in the meantime my drinks just sat there. By the time I pulled up and received my drinks they were pretty watered down from the ice melting. Waited in line for 2 drinks for almost 35 minutes total. While I watched a majority of workers just standing around talking and laughing and not making drinks. The second time I went there was on the day they were giving out squishys with drink purchase. Waited in line for almost 3 hours and still never made it to get order taken. The line was so long and people kept cutting in line in front of me. It was a zoo. I wasted 3 hours of my holiday on Labor Day and my kids were very disappointed and in tears because they didn’t get the squishy. This place definitely needs a better system or to hire a better team. I can’t believe I wasted so much time for nothing. Not how I wanted to spend my holiday waiting in line for nothing. My kids cried all the way home to south St. Paul. Thanks for making our holiday sick.
