DON'T GO HERE! For starters none of the tables were clean and they don't give you napkins and when we had it to stay and eat it there they had it to go and yelled out the number but the order machine never gave us a reseat so we did not know are order number. Try at your own risk
What a disaster.....came in at 3:00 on a Friday looks like the place went through a war zone. Every table was dirty no napkins left. I get you can't clean after everybody but doesn't even looked like they tried
This may be, arguably, the slowest drive thru in all of Minnesota, possibly the entire US. McDonald's corporation needs to send a training team to this location and the local owner needs to increase wages. During weekday lunch, their forte, the wait was 45+ minutes. If I could've gotten out of line after ordering I would have.
I would like to share my experience at the McDonald’s in Two Harbors, Minnesota. We stopped there for lunch while traveling back south on Highway 61, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The restaurant appeared poorly maintained and unclean, particularly around the ordering and kitchen areas. There was plastic and other debris on the floor, melted ice cream, and the beverage station was sticky and dirty. The dining tables were all dirty and sticky. The bathrooms had an unpleasant odor, and there was a dirty floor-cleaning bucket with foul-smelling water placed in the middle of the dining area.
In addition, there were no lids available for drinks and no ketchup, mustard, or other condiments available for customers.
I understand that restaurants can get busy, but basic cleanliness and supplies should be a priority. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I have ever had. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the cleanliness and overall condition of this location.
I placed a mobile app order at 9:34am for drive through. Because they prioritize drive thur orders, in the last 2 years every curbside puck up order, have had to go in and ask for my order. Plus 8 out 10 chance that the lobby will be closed. I was in line at 9:34am, when I paid on the app and receive my code. I always check the line situation on weekends, this was a Friday morning. I should have been the second vehicle to give my order. But no! Instead the female kept taking the orders from the north speaker. The vehicle in front of me kept yelling hello!? into the speaker. Two vehicles pulled into the empty line and their orders were placed before his, when it was his turn. After he finally got to place an order and my turn was next, since their wasn't any vehicles in the other line. At 9:39am, the female took the order from the vehicle who just pulled up to the empty speaker, even though I had been patiently waiting. I then honked my horn and left, knowing full well that it would be another 20 minutes unitl I would receive my food. I had to be at work by 10am. I'm not sure what female employee was working the drive thur, but they have cameras to watch who is next in line. That position should only be doing drive through when it is busy.
If it was the female manager, I've dealt with before she should not be working in customer service. This McDonald's needs to get its act together!
