- KHKrissy HAug 28, 20252.0Stopped by for a pickup order and went on my way home. I was eating on the way when I discovered this in my sandwich. Very unappetizing to say the least. I called to report this and spoke with manager who was apologetic and kindly gave me a refund. However, she insisted there was no employee it could have came from which I found to be untrue. When I came to pick up my order, the guy behind the counter making the sandwiches had a long braided beard that was similar in color to what I found. I don’t understand how this is allowed in the food service industry. To my understanding it is not permitted when handling food. I do appreciate the managers apology. I just hope those things are corrected so it does not happen to others.
