- HHHaileyJun 10, 20261.0I do see Caribous sign that they are short staffed and to please be patient. However when I walked up 10am 6/10/26 to order the young lady working was standing at the till did not acknowledge me at all not even any eye contact. Couple minutes later she did and was ‘friendly’ but short. No customer service….. I just think when a customer comes in employee should at least make eye contact and say something along the lines of’ I will be with you shortly’. It kind of rubbed me the wrong way and I almost didn’t want to order. I am a regular and whenever it’s this same girl working that’s how it is…

All the staff here is amazing; no joke literally everyone that works here is great, they are all really polite and friendly, and do a fantastic job at making the coffees accurately. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a more consistent coffee shop ever and I always give a tip because these guys deserve it. I also wanted to give a shoutout to Sienna! She is sweet, helpful and always makes the coffee perfectly without fail. Please do whatever you can to keep her! She is a fantastic employee. Thanks again you guys rock!!

I consider they should add points when someone buys gift cards because the person is promoting their business giving these gift cards which means more customers. It should be an equal gain and personally by the way we are heading very soon they'll need to find creative ways to sell their coffee because people will prioritize other more important things but this coffee shop it's very nice. God bless this place.

Poor customer service not to have a sign that states they close and even the sign where they have it said 8pm. I was told "they were trying to close early tonight" If that's the case then they need to have a sorry we're closed sign in the front of their store so someone isn't standing there waiting to order. I won't be back unless they do better with customer service.
