  Xelas in Stillwater is a hidden Gem and exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was absolutely outstanding, with every dish prepared to perfection and full of flavor. What really impressed us was the value. The pricing was more than fair for the quality of the food, service, and overall experience. It’s rare to find a place that delivers on every level, but Xelas does exactly that. We can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. If you’re looking for amazing food, incredible service, and a great dining experience, Xelas is a must-visit. We will definitely be back!

  Outstanding food, served with pride of presentation along with great service. It’s absolute hidden gem. Well worth an hour drive. We will be back.

  Our meal was outstanding! We had shrimp ceviche, queso fundido and guacamole for apps- all amazing. For dinner we all shared the mussels, their specialty chicken dish and the short rib. Seriously excellent meal. We live in St.Paul and would drive to Stillwater again just to eat there. House margaritas were also great!
