  What happened? This used to be a Caribou of choice. Run to a home improvement store, them stop at Caribou on the way home. Our drinks are WATERED DOWN. I don't know if we inconvenienced the people working by ordering ahead but our drinks weren't even ready when we got there... They're made wrong? Or at least the packaging for the drinks is different from when we stop at other Caribou locations. Mt drink is undrinkable (bitter, sour) and my husband's tastes like brown sugar water. Totally bummed to pay for premium coffee drinks and feel like we could have done better at home.

  I have been a Caribou only fan for over 20 years. I recently started to go to Starbucks and noticed a huge difference in Customer Service!! Between Fridley and Stillwater plus other locations they never say thank you when they get tips. They give me a drink without a straw. The drink i got today tastes like pure sugar. They need to get some salted Carmel or something to balance out their drinks. This was my first and last time at this location.

  Went to caribou so my daughter could try something different from Starbucks , just got a simple kids hot chocolate, there was no one in line and no one that came after us , the gentleman made the hot chocolate, he was kind. But the hot chocolate was LITERLLY cold ! When I say cold it was cold , I was so confused, like did he think we ordered a chocolate milk ! What a bummer and waste of money .

  I was pleasantly surprised how pleasant the waitress was. I didn’t get her name but she had a beautiful smile with blonde hair. She would be a keeper.
