- HKHailey KoehlerSep 29, 20261.0This location (alike many others) sucks so bad. Brueggers corporate does not care about its customers. The employees hired at brueggers are regularly subpar. They will randomly be closed during business hours while allowing you to place orders on the app and not refund you. This place is so poorly managed. And this is not one experience, this is my regular brueggers and I have given them so many chances. Edit to add: they reply to all these bad reviews requesting the customer to reach out using their website. But I did that days before leaving this review and they never replied to my online inquiry. They do not reply because they don’t actually care. But whoever watches this replies to make it look like they care. Update: they finally replied to my online inquiry and their version of a refund is crediting the money back to your Bruegger’s account, aka a gift card. Which is not a sufficient refund for services not rendered. I suggest customers dispute with their bank if they are truly owed a refund.
- ESEryka SzalokiSep 27, 20261.0Hasn’t been open for months….
- DDdarkstar2480Sep 26, 20261.0This store is currently closed due to a fire. Do not order from here as it has not been marked closed and will still allow you to order from this location. I currently trying to figure out the refund process. I have submitted their refund request for twice now. Let’s see if they actually respond to this second one. What a scummy business, at least the store is marked as temporarily closed now.
- JGJake GranrudAug 2, 20265.0Always happy and helpful. I order a “build your own” bagel sandwich and it’s always made correctly!
- CHColleen HermesJul 27, 20261.0I ordered a large ice decaf. It cost me $6.24 and a large hot decaf was $3.49 so they basically charged me $3 for a half a cup of ice. You sure not to get their ice drinks!
