  Customer was waiting 15 minutes on the line and then only customer asked if she can change her gloves then she start attitude and talking shit and saying oh I know what I’m doing. I changed my glove is all I ask was can you change your gloves because the customer did not see her change her gloves she went to the back room and came back with gloves and the customer is pregnant so I just asked her if she can change her gloves and then she just started attitude and talking shit and then she said I’m not gonna take your order. She’s gonna start taking older new Customer that just arrived there a couple seconds and then I was there for 15 minutes and then.waiting patiently she was rude unhelpful that’s not how you treat people this subway always have unprofessional staff and they don’t know how to treat their customer. They’re not Nice they always have an attitude rude They don’t know what to do. They don’t know that they’re not doing their job right and there’s always unprofessional staff working there’ always unprofessional staff working rude. And careless.

  So my 98yr old mother wanted Subway. We went in things seemed pleasant the worker was curt but ok. I asked for one of the softest buns but she said they're all pretty old. So we got a protein wrap and a 6in special sub of the day. I myself ordered a steak & cheese. They didn't have the Italian herb and cheese bead she only had white and wheat! I said white told her I wanted it toasted. As it toasted I asked for no topping just mayo on the sub. She then took mine out and asked for my toppings which went ok. Mom said she wanted something for my husband and so I said I need 1 more sub. She looked at us and said you want abother sub!! I said yes she wanted to but my husband a sandwich. Well the lady just gave me a upset face and disgusted gesture. I immediately felt like I was not a welcome customer,! I said oh just forget it and I paid for our stuff and left! I thought buying another sub was a good thing but it was too much for her! Mind you this was 4:18 and NO ONE WAS IN THE PLACE BUT US! I should have left without the food and not pay but my motherwanted it. So we got home and it again was a disappointment! My foot long bread was hard and not from the toasting there was very little meat. Herswhich wast toasted either was hard and crusty! Worst experience from any Subway I've been too! Bad service! Bad bread which I had to take because they had no loaves prepared. I may go to another but this one Never! Terrible customer service!!!!!

  Awful customer service and it’s clear by the reviews. I called because I accidentally placed my mobile order at another location that was also on division st. I’m a mall employee and obviously couldn’t leave to go to yet another location on division. I did not know it was the wrong location until the other subway refused to make it for me. I’m thankful for the kind employee who did answer the phone and heard me out as the manager repeats in the background of the phone that they had already made the order over and over.

  This place needs to be shut down! The employees are horrible the woman was throwing food down when making a sandwich. One was sneezing. The whole place was terrible the most disgusting place I've ever seen. The lines there are always so long. I've picked up for a customer one time and I waited 20 minnutes because she was making more bread all over the counter not in the back up front. There was plenty of bread done. I decided well I will try for myself and it was horrible it needs to be shut done!
