The moment I walked in she asked “AM I READY?” in a very rude tone. When I went back to get my food there was another young lady. Very pleasant and polite. Food was great, the first young lady needs to work on her customer service though!

Called and said I wouldn’t be able to pickup until 4:45pm and if they could remake them when it was closer to pickup. Came in at 4:45pm and everything was absolutely stone cold. How they are allowed to let food sit out for 4 hours is beyond me

Almost every time I order, something is missing—whether it’s ranch, fries, corn, drinks, or even the chicken itself. When people are spending $50 or more, the least they should expect is to receive the majority of their order. It’s gotten so bad that I actually called before placing my order and politely asked them to please double-check the bag because items are almost always missing. Instead of being helpful, the employee who answered the phone was rude, cut me off, and said, “Is that all you called for?” Unfortunately, we still had food missing when the order arrived. I place group orders for my job that range anywhere from $50 to $250, so this location is losing out on a lot of business. The Robert Street location, on the other hand, has never given me any issues—you can tell the management there stays on top of things. Customer service matters. If you work in food service, treating customers with respect is part of the job. Between the consistently incomplete orders and the poor attitude, I won’t be spending another dollar at this location.
