- VVVirgieAug 6, 20261.0AVOID AT ALL COSTS! First off, I placed my order for pickup on 8/4. When my mom arrived, they didn’t have my order and couldn’t find it. I’m speaking to her while she’s there on the phone so I said they must’ve given it to a courier by mistake and I asked her can’t they just make it. One of the employees heard me as she had me on speaker phone and I heard him say with an attitude “no we can’t just remake it.” So I said well can I just get my money back because that’s weird. My mom said to me, no they can’t even find it in the system even with the screenshot of the order number I had sent her, however she had placed her own order for pickup as well around the same time I did and her order was ready when she arrived. That should’ve been my first sign not to eat there. So I went to my email and sent her a screenshot of the confirmation email and so he used that to remake my order instead of just making that clear initially. That was the only thing I ate that day. Well here we are 8/6/2026 5 am and I am STILL going back and forth to the bathroom. I hadn’t had them since college when I worked at MOA before they had all these locations across the TC and I live in a state that doesn’t have them and I wish I had continued not having them because this is horrendous. Thankfully my mom didn’t eat her burrito which is still in the fridge so she doesn’t have to endure this either. The customer service just from the phone call is trash and so is the food.
