  I made an online order for two sandwiches and cookies for contractors working at our house. I ordered and paid online and my wife picked up the order. I could tell something was wrong by the way one contractor looked after he unwrapped his lulu sandwich (turkey, bacon, etc). After I insisted on him letting me know what was up, he showed me his sandwich. ONE slice (one layer) of turkey, under bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, etc... How embarrassing. With my 20-percent tip (for a takeout order), I paid more than $30 for these two sandwiches and two cookies. I have been frequenting this location since the summer of 1999 when I moved here. Never again. Insulting. I feel strange for going out of my way to complain about fast food, but this experience compels me to say something.

  Food quality at this location is extremely poor. Workers really don’t care and if you order a sandwich for delivery expect at least a 45 minute wait for them to just make your sandwich, not even delivery. Won’t be eating here again

  I am a hairstylist on Grand Ave and have ordered my lunch from this specific location of Jimmy John's many times over the last 4 years. I know this location gets very busy over the lunch hour. Today, I ordered online. I timed it out so it would arrive while I was still applying a color on my client, like I always do. That way while her color was processing for 40 minutes, I could eat. When she was processing, my sandwich had not arrived. I checked my email confirmation, it was received 40 minutes ago. I tried to track the order, it told me nothing. I called the store to check the status on my order. She said my sandwich was done, but all drivers were out on deliveries and that my sandwich would be in the next group of deliveries. This was after 1:00 at this point. I get it. They are busy. I got my sandwich literally 2 minutes before needing to rinse my client. Had enough time to put it in the fridge. I got it 1 hour and 15 minutes after the store received my order. The driver looked grumpy and only said he was with Jimmy John's. I never got an apology from the driver or the store on the phone. I was able to eat my sandwich an hour later. And have been on the toilet since. I'm guessing it must have sat out on their counter for over an hour before it got to me. I am very frustrated and disappointed. I understand some circumstances are out of our hands, but there was no politeness, and it clearly was not handled properly.
