  Delivery times are horrible. My sandwich says out for delivery in less than 10 minutes however delivery time frame takes anywhere from 45 min to over an hour!

  I have no way to rate this because JJ doesn't use their own delivery driver's anymore. 1 Star for Delivery. I won't pass blame onto the person who made my sandwich and whoever I spoke to on tbe phone to find out where my order was, and then to get a refund. They sounded sick of it, I evidently wasn't the first person who had a delivery order go missing. Hustle culture has made it impossible for people to achieve good customer service when they cannot be held accountable for their actions. I've never had an issue with JJs delivery before ANYWHERE. And if there was an issue, I got a call. Customer service is severely lscking with UberEats since they are not getting paid or have any incentive to actually get deliveries made. I don't mind waiting an hour for food, but I need to know where the food is. I cannot track UberEats through JJ because I didn't initiate UberEats. I couldn't reach my driver at all. I got a refund, but I really wanted that sandwich. Knowing Jimmy John's does not use their own drivers anymore means I won't order delivery again from any Jimmy John's.

  crazy slow, i’m a 3 minute drive away and once it marked out for delivery it took over 40 minutes
