  I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time thanks to Kisha and Gabe. From the moment I walked in, they were genuinely kind, welcoming, and so easy to talk to. Their positive energy and wonderful conversation completely turned my day around. As a nurse during Nurses Week, I had been feeling a little discouraged after being turned away by several businesses despite all the promotions being advertised. What meant the most was that before I even asked about any promotion, Kisha and Gabe treated me with kindness and respect. Their compassion and attitude made me feel appreciated in a way that truly stood out. Thank you both for making my day — and honestly my whole week — so much better. The energy you bring is refreshing, and it’s clear you care about the people who walk through the door. I sincerely hope your boss sees this because employees like you deserve recognition (and a raise!).

  I’ve only been coming to this location for the past few days and am always warmly greeted or acknowledged if busy and now, they have memorized my order (Campfire Mocha)🙂and prep it as soon as I come in!!! Friendly and quick service, conveniently located downtown so I can walk the skyway to work, I LOVE this place!

  Staff is friendly. Can sometimes take 15-20 minutes to get our coffee so I don't come here when I'm in a rush.
