  1 hour and 40 minutes to get my delivery order. They dont even provide an ETA. Anyways. The delivery guy did not apologize for the delay and my food was gross.

  I work nearby and come here to eat for lunch once or twice a week. I genuinely can't fathom why someone would give a bad review. The food is Jimmy Johns, you know what you're getting when you come here. But the thing that really puts them on a different level is the staff. I've not spoke with anyone who isn't incredibly polite and helpful. They all are always joking and laughing, everyone seems to be having a great time, it's honestly infectious. There's been a few times when I heard a worker praising another worker for doing a great job. It's just a good vibe

  Ordered on the mobile app. Never got a confirmation that my sandwich was ready. Stood in front of an empty pre-order shelf for 15-20 mins while my sandwich sat on a back counter and I was ignored the entire time. A customer had to ask if I had been helped at all and then someone who worked there acknowledged me. They haded me my sandwich only and told me to go ahead and grab the chips and drink up front, no bag, it was a to go order. I got my things and left. Went to eat my sandwich and it wasn't what I ordered. Won't go to this location ever again. Certainly won't use.the mobile app for efficiency again either. Shitty service.

  I placed two delivery orders for 3 sandwiches total the delivery guy shows up to my door with the rudest attitude throwing his hands up and literally throwing a tantrum like a child due to the fact he delivered one sandwich and not the rest of my order . When I asked him would the other ones be coming from a different driver he freaks out and says “ idk call the store “ gets so red starts walking off yelling down my hallway crazy things as if he was just over his job for the day . mind you I had called store 8 times with no awnser before the driver arrived. DO BETTER WITH YOUR DELIVERY DRIVERS JIMMY JOHNS THEY WILL LOSE YOU BUSINESS OPERATING IN THAT MANNER !!!!
