I've given them numerous opportunities to improve their delivery service and it just keeps getting worse and worse. I placed an order on a Saturday at 2:15 p.m. and my food wasn't delivered until 3:30 pm. I'm sure pick up or in store is better, but they need to get there ducks in a row on delivery - especially when they charge $3 delivery fee and expect you to tip on top of it before the delivery is made if you pay with a card.
