- TKTodd KrugerOct 8, 20262.0Defiantly had the "F" crew working this visit. I stopped in for my weekly take-out dinner for my wife & I. I have never seen this place in such utter chaos and discord. When the "A" team, wish I knew the names but a tall guy, a quite heavy set guy, and an older heavy lady, are working it is a symphony in there. I come in and get my glasses for pop to have filled and out in the car before the food is ready. Tonight, as I said, was chaos. No one calling out orders, just fly by the seat of your pants and scramble to get the food done. At one point the person working the meat went up to the till and took and order, gloves still on, and the customer paid in cash. I watched him come back to the line with the same gloves on and touch several customer's food, including mine. I told him to remake my buns as he touched cash then my food, he was about to ignore me when I make it very clear that is not acceptable to do. Then I was "punished" for speaking up by them completing customers orders that came after me. I also had mayo ordered on the side, more on that later. My food was finally complete - food and frys were done to perfection and the only reason this is a 2 star not a 1 star. Then they figured out I had shakes - done quickly, but done great. I had to ask twice for the large pop glasses I ordered. I was initially given regular size and had to correct the worker to give me the right size. Had to ask for a carrier twice as well. I finally get my pop glasses, fill them and head out. When unpacking, the mayo that was sitting next to the food was not in the bag. Needless to say this was one of the worst experiences at this store I've ever had. That whole crew needs serious education for proper food handling. You ask anyone on that "A" crew I mentioned, and they will know who I am... The Thursday evening guy that gets a bacon double cheeseburger with A-1, a Jr bacon cheeseburger with mayo & pickles, large fry, and 2 large drinks with the occasional 2 shakes.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
