  I feel bad because the people are nice but they need to take back control over their online orders. I waited 1.5 hours for my online order on Saturday morning. I know they're busy but if the online system is backed up they should put that on the order time and then I wouldn't order. To make things worse, when I finally picked up my order it was wrong AND THERE WAS A BIG PIECE OF RUBBER IN MY BAGEL!!! Absolutely unacceptable and as the only bagel place in the neighborhood I really hope they figure something out....

  Amazing! This Bruegger’s knocks it out of the park every time I visit. This was already my second time stopping in this week and both times it has been exceptional. The service is top tier - one of the employees, Jeremy, gave me a recommendation and I couldn’t be happier for having listened to him. The bagel was absolutely delicious, the service was timely, the employees were all friendly, and the overall atmosphere in the establishment was superb. They were really on their A game today (they are everyday)! I was partway through a long work shift and the bagel and overall experience was just what I needed to get me through the rest of it. The St. Louis Park West End Bruegger’s can be expecting many more visits from me in the near future!
