  Online order was over 30 mins late, staff moves incredibly slow and is more worried about talking then trying to make orders. Worst service I've experienced anywhere in years.

  I attempted to call the store to resolve my issue but no one answered. My order is wrong: I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich on jalapeno bagel, and got ham instead on a half jalapeno, and I swear the bottom tasted like fennel! Super disappointed, especially with no way to resolve the problem.

  Ian is a great manager! Great customer service! When I had a complaint he handed it super professionally!!! Love to see awesome managers in work spaces, especially at Brueggers!!!

  The staff was genuinely friendly and made the whole interaction feel easy and welcoming—not rushed at all. Takes a but of time but Food came out quick and was honestly better than expected. Bagel was fresh, sandwich was hot, and everything tasted on point. You can tell they care about both the food and the customer. Definitely coming back.
