- TDT Donahue3 days ago1.0AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Used to love Qdoba! We got delivery directly off their website tonight and it was a terrible experience start to finish. Everything was a little soggy and old in my tacos, especially the sad lettuce. The burrito had a majority of ingredients, like the guac, jalapeños, and cheese in only half of it so it feels like it was layered wrong. The worst atrocity was the small pea-sized piece of an AVOCADO PIT in my husband’s burrito; he has sensitive teeth and this could have been a disaster if he hadn’t caught it. The delivery driver was over 20 min late; after he picked up the order according to the DoorDash tracking, he remained at the restaurant for over 10 min (stating other orders came in aka he accepted more orders and sacrificed the quality/freshness of our order to accept more). Very turned off on Qdoba after this more than anything and WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!

I asked for a bogo meal in line and they didn’t make the second one so i assumed they just forgot so I asked again nicely and apologized but all I got was a eye roll back and the one girl wearing a green crewneck with glasses screamed at me “okay what do you want on the burrito” and then rolled her eyes again. I get everyone’s stressed out long day but geez

I don't get paid to wait an extra amount of time. They need more people. Whoever sets up the shifts, there aren't enough people working for the amount of food you guys put out. That's no one's fault but the person doing labor. And if your area supervisor is asking you to cut hours, that's bull crap. They're making things slower. And I'm paying for it.
