  Got a free sub for my birthday went and picked it up they had it made before was done with check out the female cashier had the same birthday as me and went above and beyond to make my experience amazing :)

  Freaky fast my ass, never had issues when they delivered themselves but they offloaded my last order to Uber. Took 15 minutes for the driver to even get there and then I find out they were picking up 3 orders! Took 45 minutes to deliver because of those extra stops while I live 5 minutes away from the store and just don't have a vehicle currently. What used to be a 15 minute order to deliver time took almost an hour because of the offloading to Uber and their driver having three stops. Never considering this a fast order place again unless you all stop offloading orders from call ins and online orders from your app or website directly to third parties like Uber/Doordash. Talk about false advertising 😒

  I arrived at the restaurant to pick up a DoorDash order. The employees, Maddie and Austin asked for the customer’s name, which I provided. They then instructed me to tap “Pickup” and show them the customer’s address. My understanding is that customer address information is private and should not be disclosed to merchants beyond what DoorDash provides through the platform. When I declined to show the customer’s address, the employees refused to release the order. The interaction became hostile, with multiple employees raising their voices and speaking to me in an unprofessional manner. I was ultimately told to leave the restaurant without the order. After I was unsigned the order, other DoorDash that’s white man arrived. I observed that he was given the order without showing customer address, Based on the difference in how we were treated, it was discriminatory treatment, the employees’ motivations, but I believe this incident should be reviewed, including whether drivers are being treated differently based on race.
