  Been here a handful of times, and it seems its slowly going downhill. The last couple times they have messed up the order. I ordered an Italian and wanted no tomatoes and add a couple things. Instead I got just the normal sandwich no modifications what so ever. It gets frustrating when its made to order and all you have to do is read the order. It was also not even busy we were the only ones in the drive thru and staff were just hanging out when we showed up

  The water has tasted awful on multiple occasions. I have let staff know multiple times with no change being made. Makes me wonder if the water filter or machine is dirty. So gross. No apology or anything. Had to pay to get bottled waters instead. Makes me wonder about the sanitation for the rest of the restaurant. The bathroom is gross too.
