  They always make mistake the order every time we go. They got a new app so I used it and I thought it might help them to make a correct order but they made mistake again.. I orders four of them, but the two orders were wrong ones.

  I’m really disappointed with my experience at 7 Brew today. The app allowed me to place a mobile order, but when I arrived, I was told they were not accepting mobile orders. If mobile ordering is unavailable, why would the app still allow me to place an order? More importantly, why wouldn’t I receive any notification through the app letting me know that mobile orders weren’t being accepted? I wasted time placing an order and driving to the location, only to find out after arriving that the order couldn’t be fulfilled. There should be better communication between the app and the store so customers aren’t left confused and frustrated.

  Absolutely horrible un organized worried about the cone in the parking lot when cars come in who cares it took over 55 minutes to get our drink just kids messing around here not making drinks Absolutely unexceptable only 1 order taker and she only stayed in the other line and took 5 cars orders before ours and they pulled in after us. Then whem we get to the front we still waited 10 minnuts minutes for pur 2 drinks. While they all seem to just be conversating among eacj other i will not return to tjos location and i hope they get someone with direction in there soon someone needs to manage this store. Its horrible service

  Walk up service is horrible, we waited 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us then waited another 25 minutes for 1 energy drink. The kids working were throwing ice at each other playing around while many people waited a long time for their drinks. Ended up having to ask someone for our drink that was sitting on the counter for 15 min.

  I don't think an adult works here, disorganized teens hanging out with friends. No one had a clue that they were doing and kept bouncing from car to car with their friends waited in line with a mobile order for an hour.
