Awesome place to go. I had ordered a medium energy and they came out with a small. Drove away and realized, and I came back and they made it in like 2 seconds and gave me a free koozie! I am about an hour away and we will definitely be going back!

I love 7 brew, there drinks are great and service is normally pretty good. Today I waited 50 minutes, 50 MINUTES for a drink, that is OUTRAGEOUS. i don’t care what you say a drive through should not be taking 50 minutes. worker said absolutely nothing like “sorry for the wait” nope she was rude and very rushed which is understandable but seriously maybe start taking orders? first 20 minutes we did not move because the workers ignored everybody and were just sitting in the stand so obviously the line backed up. I will not be coming back after this expirence.. get some more employees or something i don’t know but this is pathetic. *EDIT* they also forgot one of our drinks after telling us we had everything

i love this place! it’s definitely a regular place i visit, the only thing i will say is that if your going to charge $7 or $8 for an energy or even coffee it should be filled up all the way… most of my drinks are normally not and that’s disappointing!

I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by my experience this morning. I never even bother leaving reviews but it’s truly a serious matter. I came through like I do every day before work, and I asked for extra whipped cream on the side. I then watched an employee take whipped cream off my drink with his bare hands to give to me. This is completely unacceptable, unsanitary, and a serious food safety concern. When I asked to speak to a manager, the situation was handled even worse. The STAND MANAGER Kaitlin dismissed my concern and told me, “Have you worked in the food industry before?” and “This happens daily—it’s fine.” That response is extremely alarming. There is no situation where handling a customer’s food with bare hands like that should ever be considered normal or acceptable. On top of that, the Stand manager continues to argue with me instead of addressing the issue. I explained that no customer would be okay with their drink being handled this way, but my concern was dismissed, and the behavior was defended. The interaction was rude, unprofessional, and showed no respect for basic food safety or customer concerns. I was also denied a refund because the drink was considered “free,” even though it still cost me my rewards points, which have value. I come to this location Monday through Friday, and after this experience, I feel completely uncomfortable returning. This used to be part of my daily routine, and it’s extremely disappointing to be treated this way. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. This reflects a serious failure in both management and food safety standards.

I’m honestly really upset writing this. We came through like we usually do (this is our regular spot before work), and something really disturbing happened. My sister asked for extra whipped cream on the side from the girl at the drive thru. Then we literally watched Mark take whipped cream off my drink with his bare hands to give to her. I was in shock. That’s just… not okay. It’s unsanitary and honestly really gross. I asked to speak to a manager, and Kaitlin told me, “Have you worked in the food industry before” “This is what happens daily. “ “It’s fine” That response made it even worse. There is no way that should be normal or acceptable. My sister wasn’t even able to get a refund because the drink was “free” even though it still used her rewards points. WE come here all the time, Monday through Friday, and now I feel completely turned off and uncomfortable coming back. It really sucks because this used to be part of my daily routine. I just feel like this should be taken seriously, because that experience was not okay at all. This actually deserves a 0 STAR.
