  Opened right at 5:30 and were very peppy that that time of day :). They were so positive at 5:30am, you don’t get that everywhere. It was much appreciated.

  Showed up at 9am on a Sunday, there was one employee taking orders for both lines so I hopped in the outside in due to him standing there… apparently he didn’t ring half the orders up correctly, a bunch of people had to have drinks made on the spot for the outside lines while cars were whipping through no problem on the inner route.. Took 25 minutes from start to finish just to get a coffee as us customers on the outer ring watched 15-20 customers roll on through after us and get their stuff made immediately and away they went. Your staffs excuse was “it’s just busy on the weekends” where I told her “just for this line though right?” I recommend switching that back to online order pickup and stop doing what you’re doing with this location… I’ll never go back to a 7brew there’s SEVERAL options like the caribou right next door, Starbucks a block away and scooters back down 23… absolutely nothing special about 7brew it’s all smoke and mirrors, bs social media influencing. The caramel apple macchiato that my wife got tasted nothing like a fall beverage it was quite comical, all I got was your overpriced red bull with the pumps of syrup. It’s pretty bad when all you want to do is make a stop for something silly like coffee before doing some Sunday morning errands… and it burns nearly a half hour just for coffees. I would have left the line if it wasn’t for my wife wanting to try your piss poor excuse for a beverage.

  I waited over 25 mins for one drink. The other line was moving faster. They had 12 cars go ahead before even taking my order. Very slow service. Wouldn’t recommend if you are needing to get somewhere. Coffee=Quick but not here!

  I really wanted to try this place and I was hoping it would be good. Wrong. 2 lanes. We were told to go to lane 2. That was a mistake. Line 1 was moving well, while lane 2 was a parking lot. People that parked their cars and walked to the building were in and out in a couple minutes. We were trapped in limbo for a good 15 minutes. Then another worker finally walked up and confirmed our order AGAIN. We then paid. Drinks were very ordinary and not worth the 20 minute wait at 10:30 at night. We told the employee who finally delivered our drinks that Scooter's Coffee is a much better business model...and she agreed! I can't believe how horribly run this place is. Never again. I hate giving negative reviews, but I couldn't hold back on this one.

  Finally had to try this place to see what all of the fuss was about and boy was I disappointed. I did not like that there was no menu for you to see when you were driving up. It was only for a brief moment as it would pass by and for someone that's never been there, not knowing what drinks they offer was very confusing having to ask the person to show or ask a menu. That was not very convenient or customer service at all. I then ordered a drink and when it came to arrive, they made it iced and not hot like we wanted. They didn't even ask if I wanted it iced or hot. I assumed it was only going to be hot based on what it looked like on the menu, but they served it iced. I will say the quality of the drink was good once we got the correct drink, but the experience and the service was not impressive. The price was fair, but I will never go back again.
