  No limes available. When I asked for cilantro lime sauce Instead, they charged me $1.63. It would have been free had I asked for it to be added in line.

  We order from this place and this spot regularly. They are always friendly and do a great job IF you come inside to order and actually watch them assemble your food. If you order online or through a delivery app, they will short you every single time. Last time we ordered to pick up, our burrito bowls we only about 1/2 full and this is our experience every time we order online. Today, I went in, stood at the counter and watched her make our food. My bowl and my partner’s burrito were both full to bursting just like every time we’ve eaten in. What’s up, Chipotle? Why you want to disappoint us like this?

  Rude staff that just seem like they dont want to be there. asked for a tiny bit of hot sala on my bowl, the guy deadpan stared me in the eye and seemed to intentionally put as big of a scoop as possible. portions were off on everything and the quality was mediocre. Will drive the extra distance to go to another location.

  I’ve had repeated bad experiences at this Chipotle location, mostly with the same employee. Almost every time I go, there’s an issue with my order. Twice, she added lettuce even though I didn’t ask for it. Another time, she added pork to my bowl even though she knew I’m Muslim and don’t eat pork. Yes, the bowl was remade each time, but the way she handled it felt disrespectful. Her attitude came across as mocking, and it made me uncomfortable. After this happening multiple times, it doesn’t feel like a simple mistake anymore. I just want my order made correctly and to be treated with basic respect. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here.

  It is very clear the employees here take pride in their work. They are all hardworking. As I stood in line, one of the male employees was absolutely scrubbing some of their equipment clean. The ladies preparing bowls and burritos were focused on the customers, attentive and kind. They also protect your to-go orders here! They don’t leave your food out for anyone to mess with or take on the to-go shelving. Lastly, this location has the most ‘authentic’ and ‘fresh’ tasting Chipotle Mexican cuisine if you ask me. :) 10/10
