  Manager at this location needs to be fired for his poor and unprofessional customer service. Awful. Never returning to this Chipotle location.

  I travel all over the country and this store didn’t hit the mark. First of all I asked for a water cup and they were out so the rude little girl at the counter insisted on charging me $3 for a cup. I went to eat my food and the restaurant was disgusting. There wasn’t one clean table and there was food and garbage scattered all over. Food was decent but hard to enjoy with the customer service I got.

  This location is filthy! I visited several times and the cleanliness has become unacceptable. Dirty windows, dirty floors, dirty tables, and unsanitary beverage area. The first visit I could excuse because they were busy, but now the visits proved it's a much larger problem. If the customer-facing areas look this bad. I can only wonder what the kitchen looks like. Cleanliness should be a priority in any restaurant. Management needs to address this immediately. Until then. I wont be eating here again.

  the service was great. They ran out spoon was quick about it too and the food was great so definitely going back for sure.

  Rude, dirty, hidden costs, argumentative. Ordered 2 burritos to go and asked for a bowl to put them in for the kids to eat in the car out of; when I was rung up I was charged for 2 bowls plus 2 side burrito shells for $1 each. Should have figured as they acted like they had built-in hand scales putting the burritos together picking at the meat and even taking some off and back into the meat container. When I questioned they said that is how the have to be rung up. I said take the shells back then... they said but we filled them.... then they cant be on the side then...they didnt have a response. Asked for a small wedge of lime and some salt since neither were out; was told... we cant give out any lime or salt... Isnt that a condonement for mexican food..... only if you get the tortichips I was told. Space overall was dirty, but the condonement counter was gross and not stocked. Was afraid to ask for forks, probably would have been told we needed to go to target next store or pay extra as they probably aren't considered complimentary any longer. I will never go here and tell all my friends and family to choose one of the other 5 options around this store. Positive: we didnt get food positioning, so maybe the kitchen was clean.
