  Went with a couple of friends for breakfast. The breakfast menu was fantastic! So many delicious options that I had a hard time choosing one. But I settled on the Country Benedict and it was fantastic! Toasted Biscuit, sausage patty, sausage gravy and an amazing side of hashbrowns! I also noticed that the diner was FULL when we arrived. The majority were older! That was a great sign for me! Told me that this established diner had regulars that had been coming for YEARS! And now I understand why. If you are in Shakopee, stop in to Wampach's. You will not be disappointed

  I usually love coming to wampacks restaurant in Shakopee Minnesota. Today I had the number one breakfast which I always do. I love their fried potatoes today they were like toast. That person working in the kitchen needs a new job. Because they usually make the best fried potatoes not all dried out like a iron. I said something to somebody I'm sure they would have did something about it the rest of the food was excellent. Anyway I hope somebody sees this and has a little meeting with that person.

  Oh my goodness what a wonderful find! Joan and Tami both took excellent care of us. We ended up splitting the eggs Benedict with a delicious homemade hollandaise sauce and a tuna melt with perfect coleslaw! Love the old diner vibe and the delicious home cooking. Such a great experience!

  Old school local hangout. It has a fun old world vibe but the the servers were a bit cranky. The food was just ok. But fun to visit if you like that old school feel and are in Shakopee.

  Corned beef was canned and microwaved, Mac and cheese was boxed kraft. Server was talking about a experience a guest had with another server where the kitchen got their order wrong 3 times, laughing with guest about how they wanted a refund or a discount and the server wouldn’t let them. Horrible business practices when you mess up make it right don’t joke about the experience to another patron. Barely was checked on and food was expensive for being canned and microwaved. Update to response; You do not make it right, as the whole reason for the story they were having with another patron as they wanted a discount or a free meal, and you refused even though you got his order wrong 3 times and argued with the guest about still eating their meal. A business should always make it right and this isn’t one I would want to support. Also would think after being business since the 50s you would repair your seats that are scratch and falling apart.
