    If I could give zero stars, I would. There was a full line of customers, and my son and I happened to be the last ones waiting. While we were already standing there for quite a while, a large online order came in. Instead of taking care of the customers who had been waiting in line, they prioritized the online order and made us wait even longer. Maybe that’s company policy, but the customer service was lacking. There were three employees working, including a manager, and no effort was made to keep things moving or help the customers already in the restaurant. To make matters worse, the vegetables were frozen, and the lettuce looked old and reddish. Honestly, I should have walked out, but my son was hungry. Very disappointing experience.

    Honestly, I've never paid this much at any other subway. The gentleman misunderstood what I asked for but the sandwich was good anyways. I'd give them another shot.

    They didnt give me any napkins and didnt have any set out for me to grab... also, the cashier had sneezed and then finished wrapping my sub without washing her hands... super gross
