  Went there to get two orange juices. One tasted like straight water. Went back in line to get a new one because we didn’t pay $9 for WATER. They proceed to give us the same orange juice from the same machine without changing it or tasting it. Told them to taste it for themselves but they refused to. Waited outside the next window for 10 mins for no service for a refund had to go inside and the manager RAFAEL was rude. Gave us our refund with a full attitude. Please do better.

  I have stopped here frequently because I work nearbye and for the 3rd time in a row, when ordering large fries with my meal, they consistently put the carton face down and only about half full. The picture included is EXACTLY how I took it out if the bag with only 3 fries in the bottom of the bag. I will be going to Culvers across the street from now on.

  Pulled up to order. Got a recording that said they are closed for 10-15 min. Waited in the parking lot for 15 min. Tried to get my mobile order. Got same recording. Canceled order. Waste of a half hour.

  No truck parking. You can see where they did have truck parking but now they have stalls for cars which aren’t even McDonald customers so thanks for taking more spots from the people that deliver your nasty food to you McDonalds

  Just had the worst experience at a fast food place. I placed my order, Jeff gave me the total it was $2.14. I used the $2 10 piece chicken nugget coupon for the twins scoring runs. Then I placed a second order and used my points for a free cheeseburger and I also added a mcchicken. Jeff told me the total would be $2.87 or something like that. Now this was at 2:59am when my order was placed. I pull up to the window and he tells me the first order would be $5.80 or something. I said I used a coupon and he told me I didn’t, that it was just for points, even thought you told me a different price at the order screen. So I had to reapply the coupon again. The total went back down to 2.14 like he said to begin with. Then I try to pay for the second order with the free cheeseburger. Nope Jeff say it’s going to be $5 something now. So I tried to reapply the free cheeseburger coupon again but Jeff said I’m not allowed to. So I canceled the order. Why would I place to separate orders just to get points only on both of them. Doesn’t make sense. Jeff had a horrible and disrespectful attitude the whole time. He wasn’t helpful or polite. I’ll call corporate in the morning see what they do. Hey Jeff you told me to do it, so I’m going to. First time for everything.
